General FAQ about Shipment
1.When will my order be shipped?
We are brushless dc motor manufacturer, not retailer, so not always have all items in stock. We will make some motors together with bulk qtys order. If it’s not in stock, the leading time depends on materials, may from 7 days to 45 working days, not sure. Please double check with us again before your order.
Generally If we have products in stock, your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after your payment is verified.
2.How long can I receive my order?
Normally shipping Via DHL/UPS/FedEx, it takes about 5-7 days after we ship the parcels out to our forwarder.
In case of big festivals such as National day or the typhoon bad weather , it will be appropriately delayed 3-5 Days.
3.Do I need to pay customs tax?
The buyers are responsible for (in case) all tax or VAT under any circumstances.
When you place order, if you could supply your VAT Number / EORI Number, also your email address in advanced, this will make subsequent shipments faster.
We will send each package according to the actual Amount. If you want us to write lower shipping invoice while shipping, please contact us before place order, please DO NOT pay directly to avoid mistake or problem.
4.About sign of the parcel:
Please open the parcel in post officer's presence, if the parcel damaged or empty-(stolen), please ask the express or post office to provide official document and make the compliant on the spot.
5.Attention for Place order on Alibaba Customers:
5.1.Please fill in your full name including your first name, middle name and last namewhen place the order.
5.2.Please fill in your correct address including your Apartment Number,Street,City Name,State Name and Country Name.
5.3.We are not responsible for your mistake to write wrong address.
6.Attention for Brazil Customers:
Please add the CPF of your order' s recipient in the order note when you place the order shipped from Brazil because the shipping company needs the CPF to arrange the shipment. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
7.About feedback:
We are trying our best to satisfy our customers.We sincerely hope that you can leave us a positive feedback. For any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us through (My Messages) or (Ask Seller Questions),Trade manager before leaving neutral or negative feedback. We will do our best to resolve any problems and
satisfy your needs.
8.Service Time:
Beijing Time: 9:00-12:00am, 13:00-19:00pm.
New York Time: 19:00-23:00pm, 1:00-6:00am.
London Time: 2:00-6:00am, 8:00-13:00pm.
Warranty and After-sales Service Policy
1.The warranty for consumable electronic products(Motor/ESC) is guar-
anteed for 12 months since the 7th day after shipment (the shipping date is checked by logistic record). Please contact us for the after-sale service.
2. If you got a defective goods,please send us a message first about the problems with videos or photos,and we will try our best to solve the problems for you.You can return it to us for free repair or replacement when we get it and analyzed it as a manufactur-ing failure.We'll only bear the shipping cost return back to you. If the replacement to repair is not possible for you, a discount can be provided for the new replacement (ex-cludes the shipping cost).
3. If you have some problems when using our products, pls contact us. We will help you solve.If you need us to repair the products, pls contact our sales rep. in Alibaba trade messenger.Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
4. If you want to return the product,please contact us within 3 days after you receive the order.All returned goods must be returned with its original packaging and accesso-ries.Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned goods. We will refund the money to you when we received the returned goods in good conditions.
5. Sometimes the shipping company lost the parcels, if you have not received you order,please contact us.We will check with the forwarder and arrange to resend you the order in this case.
The following conditions are not covered by the above warranty
1. Cannot provide proof for the purchase.
2. Mechanical damage to electronic components or PCB
3. PCB board has repair soldering iron traces(excluding solder the cable bullet connectors)
4.Wire damage or external impact damage
5.For non-water-proof products,there is water inflow
6.Abnormal applications beyond the product specifications
7.The warranty for products purchased from other channels
8.For products purchased not from us,please contact the original purchase channel in first priority to deal with your problems.
9.The wear and tear caused by normal use is not considered to be a defect product. For example, bearings that wear out after prolonged use are not covered by the warranty. If bearing Damaged once receipt, within warranty coverage.
Clarification
Most products are tested before shipment,especially remote controllers,VESC series controllers and motors are 100% tested and shipped as a good product before shipment.
Any uncertain connection or information for remote/VESC/Motors settings,please contact us before your installation. No term warranty, in no case shall Reacher tech' s liability be greater than the actual purchase price of the product.
After shipment, product orders cannot be canceled unless the extra shipping cost is agreed to be charged.
We' re willful to provide repair service for reasonable charge if your product is out of warranty,while the service excludes both side' s shipping cost.
